The silence on this blog is due entirely to... Let's say, "some unexpectedly challenging issues." There was a little more than I bargained for, and while it has nothing to do with me or my restaurant, It Is Holding Things Up. None of it is fun. That said, it will take time to get the restaurant open, so please just sit tight. My mantra has not changed: It Will Happen!

In the meantime, I'll try to keep things moving on the pizza updates front. In spite of all the chaos, I've been practicing and cooking for my friends. Here's my workspace:
