Corn-tomato-roasted garlic vegan pie

Okay everyone, I made good on my promise: here is a frighteningly good-looking vegan pie.

This one is a beautiful creation, made with braised balsamic onions (see my other post on that), roasted garlic cloves, sweet corn sautéed (in the drippings of the onion pan), and then topped with wilted greens and sliced heirloom tomatoes.

Also, when the pie comes out of the oven, I baste the crust with a mixture of olive oil, crushed garlic, red pepper flakes, fresh thyme or parsley or both, and a little S&P:
